The theme was "Stars of the night" - a red carpet themed soiree. So I played the part of paparazzi, snapping photos as they entered and then just a few pics of them dancing the night away.

Well my Friday night took me back to middle school. I spent the night watching the 8th grade class of JM Alexander Middle School dance the night away.

A little photo shoot with my fav blogger Sunday got me thinking I needed to also start a photography blog. So here goes nothing...
I got the absolute pleasure of taking a few quick head shots and portraits of Mrs. Sarah Ryberg of Carolina Bride's Making of a Mrs. blog and her personal blog Design by Disney. Check out her stuff here: Disney by Design and Making of a Mrs. I met Sarah while interning at Carolina Bride way back when and when I started this whole photography thing she messaged me wanting some updated pics - and, of course, I was happy to oblige. Sarah and I hit it off because 1. We love weddings - Sarah's been a blogger on newlywed life with Carolina Bride for going at least three or so years now and is interning at Magnolia Events prepping for a future career in event planning. And 2. We both love Disney! Sarah's blog Disney by Design's got some super cool tips for Disney lovers - from Disney weddings to Disney parties to Disney home decor. So go on browse and enjoy and note all the cool Disney details. |
