Jenna had told me last year they actually planned to elope but opted for a more intimate wedding a little closer to home - which I really think just fits this couple so well.
I loved watching how Jenna's face would light up around her groom! And, of course, how could Bradley not have the same reaction with Jenna rocking that dress!!
Some of my favorite moments:
-Gold!! I absolutely adored Jenna's decorations for her wedding from the sparkling ceremony backdrop to the gold cake and glittery centerpieces. It all worked so well together without looking too overdone.
-The truce bell: I genuinely thought I'd seen or heard of all the different unity ceremonies there can be, but I was wrong. Jenna told me about this "truce bell" she and Bradley were at the time considering doing during their ceremony. Much like the sand and candle, ringing the bell together symbolizes their unity through marriage. But the coolest part was, as the preacher explained, whenever an argument arises (and it will, he said lol) one of them is to grab the bell and give it a ring and remember with the sound of the bell the love on their wedding day.
And it made for a cool ring shot too lol
-Downtown Lincolnton - The venue, Venue on Main, is RIGHT in downtown Lincolnton which really is a perfect little downtown. We even popped in the road for one shot - which was amazing with the old courthouse right behind them.
-How relaxed it was!! I genuinely believe the more calm and cool the bride and groom are the more they enjoy their wedding day. And Jenna and Bradley certainly were both of those. You could tell they really were
